Blog Wednesday: A room for all, for years to come!
On this week’s Blog Wednesday I am excited to share with you my most recent eDesign project, a Game Room with Wet Bar.
As a newlywed couple, my clients wanted to create a space that they could enjoy for my client’s current life stage, while laying a foundation for the space for their future family plans. When they contacted me, their hopes were to create a space that could accommodate their favorite activities from hosting friends and family, to binge watching TV shows, and most importantly a space where they could spend quality time together.
It’s so easy, even as an interior decorator to get caught up in the "do’s and don’t" of interior design. Playing by the rules can make a space look bland or stereotypical. What I loved about working with this client is the freedom to play by my own design rules! What some might call “unconventional” pairings, I like to think of as out-of-the-box ideas! My client and I agree, breaking the mold can result in extremely original spaces that carry your signature style. See for yourself!
